- From 8 cabins or more:
+ More than 45 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ From 45 to 30 days prior to the arrival: 30% of the total rate charged.
+ From 29 to 20 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the total rate charged.
+ From 19 to 15 days prior to the arrival: 70% of the total rate charged.
+ Less than 14 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
+ No-Show: Will be charged in full.

Child Policy to be confirmed upon reservation and subject to availability:
- Only one child under 6 years old stays free of charge when using existing bed with two adults.
- Child rate applies from 6-11 years old:
+ Maximum one child below 12 years old is allowed to share existing bedding with adults. Child pays 75% of adult rate per person double occupancy sharing.
+ Two children below 12 years old stay in a separate cabin. Each child pays 75% of adult rate per person double occupancy sharing.
